What is the expected delivery time?
Regular machines can often be delivered within 7 days using our local and national stock resources. Custom orders from factories typically take more than 30 days.
How quickly do you respond to inquiries?
Our team is active 24/7. Most inquiries and problems are addressed within 8 hours, providing much faster support than typical factory channels.
How long will your prices remain valid?
Our prices generally remain stable throughout the year. Adjustments only occur if there are significant currency exchange rate shifts or if raw material and labor costs increase at the factory level.
What logistics methods do you use for shipment?
80% of shipments go by sea (container or RoRo/Bulk) to major global regions. For neighboring inland countries, we use road or railway. Urgent spare parts are sent via international couriers like DHL, TNT, or FedEx.
Do you provide new or used equipment?
We provide equipment in New condition, as specified in our product parameters, ensuring optimal performance and reliability for container handling.
