What is your delivery time?
For standard machines, the delivery time is within 25-35 days after receiving the down payment. It also depends on the models and the quantity of your order. In peak seasons, production may take longer.
What is the payment term?
Normally we accept L/C or T/T (30% down payment, balance to be paid against BL copy and loading pictures).
What colors are available for choice?
Available colors include Yellow, Red, Blue, Black, White, Orange, and Green. We can customize the color for larger orders.
How long is the warranty period?
We provide a 1-year warranty for each brand new machine. If any parts break due to quality issues within this period, new parts will be sent via DHL within 7 working days.
